Cucumber Basil Smoothie

This extravagant smoothie is especially tasty on days when you don't feel like a fruity smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • Ice cube
  • 1 sprig of basil (fresh)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3/4 cup soy yogurt (unsweetened)

Directions

  • Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and chop. Peel and crush the garlic.
  • Puree the garlic, cucumber, basil, and milk in a blender.
  • Add ice and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy cold.
